Important Travel Information:

Please be advised thatparticipants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas, including visas for countries in which the participant may transit, en-route to Nairobi (if applicable). Nationals of countries, classes and categories of persons who require visas, must apply for their visas ahead of travel. For participants travelling on national passports, you will be required to liaise with your travel and visa sections in the Country Office or Bureaus. If you need an invitation letter to facilitate visa issuance, kindly notify us accordingly (via an e-mail to test by Friday 18 Sep 2015, to facilitate the same).

Participants are responsible for obtaining related medical clearances and required immunizations prior to travel. A Yellow Fever Certificate is required, especially for those coming from Yellow Fever infected and Malaria risk countries. You may wish to check with the medical authorities in your host country/duty station on this and other related requirements prior to travel.
