Amy thanked Crwys Primary School for agreeing to accommodate the meeting.
- Questions / discussion arising from last meeting.
- Election of Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer.
Susie Davies – Lowe was elected Chairperson
Rachel Tithecott was elected Treasurer
Amy Phillips was elected Secretary.
Action SDL: Sign constitution and post back to AP ASAP.
It was also agreed that in any vote on group business each organisation is to have one vote (rather than one vote per person).

It was agreed to apply to the June funding round (application will need to be submitted by start of May).

The Forest Education Initiative is a partnership between the Forestry Commission, the Timber Trade Federation, the Community Forests, ConFor, the Tree Council, BTCV, Groundwork, the Field Studies Council and the Woodland Trust (Registered Charity Number 294344) who facilitate the initiative on behalf of the partners.
