Annual reports due to Deputy Directors - 30 January 2010

2. Membership (Doug –)

a. Status of international recruitment – still need to write letters

b. New applicants – only 1 Andrew Freeborn

c. Members leaving? – send out note after we see crop of new applicants and we see if we need space and want to encourage anyone to leave, opening up a space

d. Need to update membership roster (have all members review for accuracy) and send to Betty by Jan 30th

a. Website – Ravi Srinivasan/David Lucia (Dora Musielak assist) need to work to transition to SharePoint – still need to work

b. NASA Fundamental Aeronautics program Annual Meeting was Sept. 29- Oct. 1, 2009 in Atlanta. - D.R. to contact hypersonic authors?

c. Also look at JANNAF meeting in December – encourage authors to submit papers to AIAA. JANNAF meeting includes workshops on distortion effects on TBCC propulsion systems and Scramjet Uncertainty as well as multiple sessions on high speed propulsion (X-51, VULCAN, …). Who is going? Marty, …
