· Productivity improved through development of profile tool there by eliminated one Operation
· Design changed feeder stars and to increase yield improvement up to 15% of piston rings.
· Developed Forming Gears for Spacer (3 piece ring) production
· Developed Honda Piston Rings (Activa, Shine, etc)
· Productivity Improvement at Boring Stage by modification of Jig
· Commonize of Tooling to reduce Tooling inventory & Cost.
· Develop Hard Chrome plating project.
· Improved Quality at Grinding by introducing new Coolant filtration System(CASHCAD type)
· Re-conditioning of SPMs (DAISHO Japan & DISKUS Germany) to co-ordinate with both teams.
· Designed a new Shakeout Machines
· Build SPM’s (Oval cam turning, Gap Cutting, Assembly Bench, Lapping ,Vertical OD. Fine Turning ,Mandrell Preparation,Coiling cutting & Forming machines etc.)
· Developed the steel rings and 3 piece oil ring total of 20 machines as a group
