Mediation contracts include U.S. Postal Service REDRESS program (EEO) and Milwaukee County Children’s Court Permanency Project (CHPS and TPR). Northwest Milwaukee Mediation Program (NWMMP), AgapeCommunity Center, Co-founder & Director (2000 - 2003). Reintroduced community mediation in City of Milwaukee: access to quality mediation service, conflict management training, and mediator training for residents and organizations. Established collaborative relationships with numerous governmental, non-profit, business, trade organizations; outreach and funding. Initiated social entrepreneurship efforts aimed at reducing the program’s dependency on grant funding. Established SouthsideMediationCenter (SSMC) in 2002.
