4 GCSE’s, A-C or equivalent including Maths and English
Supervisor/management skills training (e.g AMSAPR, on the job or other external courses)
Evidence of commitment to Continuing Professional Development / Health & Safety in General Practice training
AMSPAR, ILM or CIPD qualified / Application Form
Knowledge / NHS General Practice or the ability to demonstrate a researched knowledge of current General Practice
Proven working knowledge of Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Robust awareness/knowledge of data protection and patient confidentiality
Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation within Health care services / Thorough working knowledge of EMIS web
NHS GP Contract
Managing and analysing data and information
Knowledge of employment law matters and recruitment / Application Form and at interview
Experience / 3 years managerial experience
Proven work experience of IT
Experience of appraising staff and completing PDP’s
Recent experience of recruiting staff. / Data management and analysis
Previous experience of NHS and/or General Practice or other Public Sector employers
Experience of customer care management / Application Form and at interview
Skills / Robust numeracy and communication (written and verbal)
