Primary Purpose and Function:

Advance the mission of CFUM by overseeing the general operation of the program and its facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Importance

1 Perform administrative duties as needed to support CFUM Executive 20%

Director, Operations Director, Program Directors, and programs.

This may include verbal, written, and electronic communication with

both internal and external resources, copying materials, answering

phones, filing, maintaining calendars, etc.

2 Manage multiple databases in order to coordinate and track volunteers, 20%

Contributions, donations, and other resources. Receive and document

donations.

3 Day to day oversight of CFUM office operation, including, but 20%

not limited to, administrative support, physical space management

and organization, and coordination of outside resources.

4Coordinate scheduling with organizations and volunteers for the Supper 15%

Club evening meal program. Provide Supper Club logistics information

to potential volunteers.

5Work with Operations Director to format, publish and distribute CFUM 10%

newsletters, process mailings; and coordinate bulk mailing process.

6 Work with staff to maintain inventories and order supplies for program, 5%

office, kitchen, and custodial use.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Support for special events.
  2. Perform other duties as assigned.

External Contacts:

  1. Local service organizations, businesses, and faith communities, – communication/engagement
  2. Volunteers

3. Local vendors

4. Parents/guardians – answer questions, basic communication

Internal Contacts:

  1. CFUM Staff – support, communication
  2. Supper Club providers – helping coordinate provision of meals
  3. Trinity UMC and Las Americas staff/volunteers – maintain communication regarding facility use
  4. CFUM Board members – communication

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
