Poverty is the quality or state of lacking material possessions. This is probably the world’s greatest problem that gives rise to a host of other issues-war, famine and malnutrition, non-education, to name just a few.

If the delivery cost is bigger than the price of prize due to the long distance, Publishing committee is going to pay the cost of prize to winner through his or her paypal account.
Reminder:
No direct, word-for-word copying should ever be done, as this constitutes unethical writing practice. Quoting is fine, as long as the source is included within the written essay itself.
