LYLE LAD HERDING CLINIC
October 31 – November 1, 2015
This clinic is open to all herding breeds and all herding levels from beginner to advanced. Dogs will work twice a day, once in the morning and again in the afternoon. The clinic is limited to twelve dogs per day. Two day cost is $250, or observe/audit $45 per day or $75 for two days. Lunch will be provided both days.
All dogs should be on leash or crated when not working. All dogs should have current vaccinations and be in good health.

There are no refunds. When you buy a slot it is yours. However, you can sell it to someone else. I will also be keeping an alternate list if the clinic fills. / Voluntary Participation
As consideration for being permitted to participate in herding activities at Cedar Creek Farm I hereby agree that I, my assigns, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of Michael Stumpff dba Cedar Creek Farm its employees, lessors, agents, affiliates, or clinicians, as a result of my participation in these herding activities. I hereby forever release Michael Stumpff dba Cedar Creek Farm it’s employees, lessors, agents, affiliates, or clinicians from all actions, claims, or demands that I my assigns, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage to myself, my dog(s), or any dog(s) under my care, custody, or control resulting from participation in these herding activities.
I will pay for any livestock injuries or replacement value in the event of death of any livestock injured or killed by my dog(s), or any dog(s) under my care, custody, or control. I agree to pay the full market value of the injured livestock in case of serious injury, or the veterinarian bill if the injury is not serious.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to costs and attorney’s fees in any action or proceeding arising out of this release and/or in any action or proceeding to enforce a judgment based on a cause of action arising out of this release. This release will be governed by, and construed in accordance with Tennessee Law.
Knowing and Voluntary Execution
