Intending tenderers will have to submit the self attested copies of valid PAN issued by the IT Dept., Govt. of India, valid 15-digit Goods and Services Taxpayer Identification Number (GSTIN) under GST Act, 2017. GST will be applicable as per GST Act 2017. Tax invoice (s) needs to be issued by the supplier for raising claim under the contract showing separately that tax charged in accordance with the provisions of GST Act, 2017. Agencies shall have to submit proper credential having experience in similar nature of work in single tender, as stated in sl no. 3 of this NIT, for being entitled to receive tender documents for the works and shall have to satisfy, in addition, the Engineer-in-charge about their capabilities and experience in the type of work involved. Statutory deduction towards Cess, I.T. as applicable will be made from the bill of the contractor.
Intending tenderers will have to furnish contact no. (including Mobile No.) in their application for any hearing if needed at any point of time. Agencies shall have to produce original documents if required during scrutiny, of application.
If for any unforeseen circumstances, the office remains closed or non-functioning on the dates mentioned in sl. 8,9,10,11 of this NIT, the said dates will automatically change without any further notice to the next working day immediately following such incidents, the time remaining the same.
The HRBC reserves the right to reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
