The threshold is 3 incidents of ASB reported in the previous 6 month period (for individuals) or 5 reports in 6 months, if requested from a collective group in a locality when no action has been taken.
If the threshold has been met the designated officer will refer the case to an ASB Panel and gather further information as required to allow the Panel to

- and any action taken to date
- agree further actions as required and
- set a date for completion of the actions.
This can include making recommendations to the respective agencies involved as required and nominating an appropriate person to let you know the outcome to the victim.
If the threshold has not been met the designated officer will let you know and may signpost you to the appropriate agency to discuss the case further. We will also keep a record of your request for monitoring purposes.
