The Panceltic meeting is being held in the Davenport hotel, Dublin. The accommodation for SMA members has been reserved at the Mont Clare O’Callaghan hotel 1 / 4 Merrion Street Lower, Dublin 2, which is located just across the street from the Davenport hotel.The booking includes:

Cancellation Policy:
The SMA has reserved20 rooms at the Monte Clare Hotel for which it is liable for full hotel rate payment regardless of occupancy out with the 8 week cancellation period. The room rates & registration for the meeting are heavily subsidised for members so if rooms are cancelled and the SMA are unable to fill them the SMA is still liable for payment of the full room rate.
If SMA cancel the rooms within 8 weeks prior to the conference we are still liable for 80% of the cost of the room. For this reason ifthe SMA is notified of your cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to the event only a 20% refund will be given.
If the SMA is notified of your cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the event then no refund will be given unless the room can be reallocated, or the SMA does not incur a charge for the unoccupied room.
Failure to notify the SMA of your cancellation will result in no refund.
