Pipeline activity : Managed acquisition agents and various survey crews and followed construction and settled damages on 110 miles of pipeline construction for Union Pacific Resources Corp. (1995-1998) in Western Louisiana and Eastern Texas during extensive drilling program in that area; gathering system included flowlines from 120 + wells and two trunklines in consolidation of production transportation. 2000 – 2009 title, leasing and flowline ROW for St. Mary Land & Exploration Company.

ConocoPhillips Company (“COP”) -2010-2015 ROW agent in Eagle Ford area. In 2014 alone, saved COP over $700,000 in construction costs via innovative routing/landowner dealing different from suggested Engineering requirements on the DCF5 to DSCF8 Loop.

Trigon Engineering. Inc. - 1992 Pipeline Right-of-Way Agent on 37 mile Koch Pipeline Company project from Sherman TX to Gainesville TX in Northeast Texas; Title, ROW and valve sites. Also, title and right-of-way agent for street improvement project in Boise, Idaho.

Title Abstractor -Lafayette, LA - 1991 Independent contractor; furnished 52-year real estate titles, petroleum properties titles back to severance from United States.

Dow Chemical Company - South Louisiana -1972-1981 Right-of-Way Manager - Supervised Right-of-Way crews in title and acquisition; co-ordinated with surveyors on route feasibility; construction management, settled damage claims, managed ancillary construction cleanup subcontractors.
