ELECTION NOTICE
The following employees are assigned Class Representative Election duty on 21.09.2017 and 22.09.2017. The senior most members of the staff in each booth will act as Presiding Officer and others as Polling Officers. They are requested to report to the Election Office at 9.30AM on 21.09.2017 and 22.09.2017 at the Ladies’ Common Room to receive the election materials. Officer-in-charge on consolidation of results are requested to report at the Election Office at 12.00 Noon on both days. Officers who are assigned squad duty are requested to be present at the place mentioned against their names at 9.30AM till the election is over.
The Heads of Departments and different sections are requested to distribute the duty chart among the members of staff and return the signed copy to the Election Office positively by 4.00PM on 20.09.2017.
