Professional Experience

1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia (March 2004 – April 2011)

·  Served as the Headquarters Platoon Sergeant for Alpha Company for six months. Primary responsibilities included oversight and management of over 40 personnel; maintained accountability for over $3 million of equipment; planned and executed successful company-level training events; and served as master breacher for the company.

·  Performed duties as a Weapons Squad Leader for one year, during which I was responsible for the training and operation of three machine gun teams. Served as the acting Platoon Sergeant, in which I was responsible for leading Ranger Rifle Platoon. In combat, led an Afghani Special Operations squad on 35 missions and served as their tactical operations in theater.

·  Also served as a Ranger Rifle Squad Leader, Mortar Squad Leader, Team Leader, Machine Gun Team Leader, Squad Automatic Weapon Gunner, Grenadier, and Rifleman.

·  Head lifeguard and head trainer for lifeguarding certification. Responsibilities included running a staff of 20 lifeguards, ensuring a safe and secure pool area, and compiling weekly staff schedules.
