Dear Club Secretaries & Managers,
We would like to invite your teams to our Annual 6-a-side Tournament on the above dates at the OaklandsPark, Sedlescombe (nr Battle), East Sussex, TN33 0QB. The tournament for the Under 7’s to Under 8’s will be non-competitive but all players will receive medals. Under 9’s, and older age groups will be competitive.
U7s & U8s will be 5 a side, all other age groups will be 6 a side. Maximum 8 players per team.
Each year the tournament has increased in popularityso please send your entry fee of £35 per team as soon as possible to guarantee your place.
The closing date for entries is 10thJune 2016.
As we like to keep our tournament small and friendly, places will be limited and will be on a strictly first come, first served basis. Confirmation/Acceptance of entry will be sent, by email, within 2 weeks of receipt.
Refund of entry fee is not available once acceptance is sent out.
Team sheets, tournament rules and any other relevant information will be sent out 4 weeks in advance of the tournament.
There will be hot food and refreshments available throughout the day. A charge of £3 per car entry to the car park will be made which will include a programme.
I have enclosed one copy of the entry form but please photocopy this and pass them to all the relevant age groups within your football club.
