Sixth Annual Lacrosse Golf Classic
– RAFFLE TICKET ORDER FORM –
Once again, as part of the Lacrosse Golf Classic, the Men’s and Women’s teams are proud to present the Annual Golf Classic raffle. There will be limited raffle ticket sales for a tremendous slate of prizes. Raffle winners do not need to be present to win.
The cost of each ticket will be $25.00. Tickets will be sold through this raffle ticket form and through direct sales on the day of the tournament.
1st Prize: A foursome of golf at the famed Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California. The ticket package includes green fees for four, two golf carts and a priority tee time. (Value $2500.00)
2nd Prize: A spring break trip to Mexico*. The package will include a timeshare 2 bedroom suite (sleeps 8) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico from 3-22 to 3-29-2009 and round trip airfare to Cabo for two. *Some restrictions do apply.

3rd Prize: A shopping spree!!! This package includes a $500.00 gift certificate to the store of your choice. Prize must be redeemed before April 1, 2009. (Value $750.00)

We would like to take this opportunity to offer you a chance at securing a sponsorship for the Sixth Annual Lacrosse
Golf Classic. This year’s event will be on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at the Coyote Creek Golf Club-Valley Course in San
Martin. Start time for the tournament will be 12:00 pm. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time for registration and the putting
contest, which will begin at 10:00 am. The sponsorship packages were very successful last year in raising additional funds for the
lacrosse program. The tee signs will be on display for all the participants to see throughout the day and will be yours to take home
at the conclusion of the tournament.
