Compliance with mandated across-government security requirements - includes but is not limited to:
at entry: contain all arrivals secured in a space using access control gates/doors, employee access cards with photo ID, optional reception counter/desk, CCTV surveillance, appropriate signage
inside tenancy: panic/duress buttons to key areas such as reception + public meeting rooms; monitored security system covering critical doors/windows, intruder detection, CCTV for critical/vulnerable zones, lighting appropriate for all-hour use, after hours security mode
external: good lighting levels for access/CCTV; CCTV surveillance for critical/vulnerable zones; appropriate signage, fences, boom-gates and other appropriate containment measures.
DDA: all items must offer equitable access for disabled arrivals to AS 1428.1-2009.

Note:
Projects > 2000m² or > $2M rental and fit out costs over the term of the lease require a full submission to GOAC. This entails facility plans, comparison with other options and financial analysis.
A DPTI Risk Manager must be engaged for projects with a value > $150K.
