What is the format for the birth month and day?
The format is MMDD. Enter two digits for each and do not include a slash. For example, January 1st would be entered 0101.
What if I forget or lose my password?
If you forget or lose your password, click on the link beneath the Password box titled "Click here" on the log in page. You will be prompted to enter your Employee ID (can be found on your paycheck or, if applicable, your company ID badge) and birth month and day (mmdd). A temporary password will be emailed to your email address of record – generally your work email (if available) or your personal email (if work email is not available). Once you receive the temporary password email, log in to the Finance Net using this temporary password. You will then be immediately prompted to change your password to something known only to you. Please note, it’s generally best to place your cursor in the middle of the temporary password and then double click to highlight the temporary password and then “cut and paste” it into the password field as directed.
How do I receive my temporary password?
Your temporary password will be emailed to your email address of record within 15 minutes of your online request– generally your work email (if available) or your personal email (if work email is not available). If you are an employee who does not have an email address on record, please contact your local Help Desk. If you are a contractor and you do not receive this email, please contact your local Help Desk for further assistance. Contractors may be directed back to their manager to request an email account.
How do I log in to the Finance Hub for the first time?
If this is the first time you are entering the site, you should click on the link beneath the Password box titled "Click here" (on the log in page) to request your temporary password. You will be prompted to enter your Employee ID and your month and day of birth (mmdd). A temporary password will be emailed to your work email (if available) or personal email (if work email is not available) address within 15 minutes of your request.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time by logging in to the Finance Hub using your current password. Then simply click on the “Change Password” link (in the upper right-hand corner near the Log Out button on every page). You will be prompted to enter your new password and to confirm your new password. You will then receive an email informing you that your password for the Finance Hub has been changed.
I haven’t received my temporary password email. What should I do?
You must have an email address on record in order to receive your temporary password email. If you are not receiving your password email, please contact your local Help Desk to verify your email address. If you do not have an email address, please contact your manager to request an email account for you.
If you still cannot successfully log in based on the above instructions and need further assistance, please contact the Help Desk and/or submit a WebStar using the Classification SW/APP-PEOPLESOFT-FINANCE HUB. WebStars will be assigned to the (C4820) PEOPLESOFT SUPPORT - LEVEL 1 Team for resolution.
