DL 2155ST / HI FI AMPLIFIER - didactic equipment with panels made in metal case with bench support and the electrical scheme on the front panel.
This board shall consist of a high fidelity amplifier of up-to-date design that allows the study of the circuit operation, besides performing measurements of the typical quality parameters for audio systems.
This module shall be composed of a high performances two channels audio amplifier, specially designed for educational use.
From the front of the board it must be possible to access the measuring points for the functional study of the equipment, besides controls, adjustments, inputs and outputs.
Besides allowing the deep study of the items relevant to the high fidelity sound reproduction, the board also must allow the simulation for educational purposes of faults in the main sections of the amplifier.
The fault simulation shall be set by adequately setting micro switches accessible on the rear of the panel through a mobile door provided with a removable key lock.
Technical features:
The system structure must include the input preamplifier-equalizer stage, the tone control stage, the amplifier-driver stage and the power stage. The board must include two small size loudspeakers that can be switched off in order to use the board with external acoustic boxes to allow the operation of the equipment at full power. The board shall include a fault simulation system by means of 8 micro switches placed at the back of the board and protected by a door provided with key lock.
Inputs: from piezoelectric, magnetic transducers, FM tuners.
Frequency response: from 10 Hz to 25 kHz approx.
Output power: 10 W at 4 Ω load.
Power supply: ± 15 Vdc, 1 A
Protection against thermal overloads and short circuits at the output of the power stages.
With this board it must be possible to perform the following exercises:
Stereo amplifier
measurement of the frequency response of the various stages
measurement of the input and output impedances of the power amplifier
measurement of the equalization characteristics for the different inputs
measurement of the harmonic distortion
troubleshooting techniques
It must be mounted on an insulated didactic module, it must show a schematic diagram and 2 mm terminals for the electrical connection
The board must be supplied complete with a set of stackable, plug-in cables of suitable lengths and colors and with a training manual.
