Please read manual carefully before use.

This device provides high performance and reliable measurement on pulse rate checking. The unit is to help you to control your daily activities by letting you keep track of the changes in your pulse beat and then you can look after your own health.

FEATURES


TO MEASURE PULSE RATE

  1. Hold the unit by your left hand then put your finger – tip steadily and slightly touching on the sensor portion. Do not press hard on the sensor.
  2. Press the Pulse button by your thumb to turn the display into pulse mode.
  3. The display will first show ‘----’ then comes out with ‘0’ and a ‘♥’ heart symbol. Now the unit is ready to start the pulse checking.
  4. You will hear the ‘beep-beep’ sound ant the ‘♥’ heart symbol will be flashing at the same speed as your heart beating.
  5. After 4 seconds, your pulse rate will be picked up and shown on the display, while you hear the beep sound in a steady state, the unit is under normal working to measure your pulse rate and to show the average pulse rate of your pulse beat in every 4 seconds continuously.
  6. Then after checking for 45 seconds the ‘♥’ heart symbol will be stopped flashing and your correct pulse rate will be automatic locked on display by flashing continuously.
  7. The pulse rate will be flashing for one minute, or you can press once on PULSE button, then it will shift automatically to time mode.
  8. If your finger-tip is incorrectly placed over the sensor or there is some type of interference, the sound will be beeping irregularly. If this happen just to place your finger-tip correctly over the sensor.

TO SET TIME

  1. Press MODE button once, the Hour will flash then press SET button to adjust the correct hour with AM or PM indicator.
  2. Press MODE button twice, the Minute will flash then press SET button to adjust the correct minute.
  3. Press MODE button 3 times, the Weekday will flash then press SET button to adjust the correct day of week. Press once on MODE button it will show the correct time.

TO SET ALARM TIME

  1. Press ALARM button once, it will show the alarm time then press MODE button the alarm will flash and to press SET button to adjust the correct alarm hour.
  2. Press MODE button once, the alarm minute will flash and press SET button to adjust the correct alarm minute.
  3. On Alarm Time mode, press SET button once to adjust the alarm ON with ‘’ bell symbol and press twice to the alarm time will be OFF. Alarm duration is one minute.
  4. If during pulse checking whilst in alarm time, the alarm will not sound but the bell ‘’ symbol will be flashing for one minute to remind you for the alarm time.

INSTALLATION OF BATTERIES.

  1. Remove battery cover et the back of unit, install the 3 batteries with correct polarities then close the battery cover.
  2. If the LCD display becomes dim or readings become erratic, change with new batteries.
  3. Suggest to remove the batteries when the unit is not used for more than a month.

The sensor of the pulse meter is very sensitive to the light. Do not use it under direct sunlight and high temperature, or it will have a wrong pulse reading.

Your pulse meter is a precision electronic instrument. Treat it carefully, do not drop or shock. The unit is not waterproof, keep away from water or any liquid.
