Field Exam/Proctoring Information

General Information:

·  The exam will take approximately 2 hours
·  Site must be approved by CLEAResult
·  The house/job must be an Eversource or National Grid Customer with a duct sealing contract.
·  The customer MAY NOT be a Natural Gas customer of another utility
·  Any type or reason for a third attempt at proctoring for a single individual will cost $200.

Mandatory Conditions for contractor selected site Checklist:

If the site does not meet all of the requirements listed below, the proctor WILL NOT proctor the exam. If you fail to meet the requirements after 2 attempts, the proctoring event will cost $200.
____ No water damage – roof leaks
____ No immediate life-safety hazards, e.g. vermiculite, asbestos, mold, etc.
____ No CO or back-draft
____ Access to attic – any un-heated attic space that has:
·  An access
·  At least 4 ft. of headroom
____ No active knob and tube
____ Electrical power adequate to support contractor’s equipment
