§  Day to day monitoring of Plant’s critical rotary equipment.

§  Predictive & preventive maintenance of rotary equipment.

§  Troubleshooting & overhauling of rotary equipment.

§  Procurement, installation & test run of new rotary equipment.

§  Procurement, Maintenance and replacement of spares of stationary & rotary equipment.

§  To suggest and execute alterations / modifications at plant as well as on various equipment.

§  T/A jobs execution on the round the clock basis.

§  Reviewing and evaluation of all work orders received, ensuring that these are properly planned and to prioritize their planning & scheduling.

§  To monitor status of work completed on daily basis during large shutdowns and turnarounds and advise on particular works in plant units as necessary, and follow-up of contractor jobs quality and their completion during specified time.

§  Raising Purchase Requests for direct charge items and for contracts as per engineering drawings and specifications and technical evaluation of quotations and contractors.

§  To maintain equipment history records including major jobs performed on them due to critical failure during operation.

Sometimes I used to work as Sr. Technician with real work hands on experience in case of overhauling of very critical Rotary Equipment as and when there is a requirement to do so.
