Roles and Responsibilities:
o Conduct one-on-one meetings with peers to find research and scholarly opportunities on and off campus. Mentors also support peers in all majors and at all stages of experience in preparing for the application process.
o Ideal candidates will have research experience, excellent communication skills, resume and cover letter writing skills, and knowledge of campus activities, programs, and clubs.
o Research mentors work a minimum of 6 hours a week, minimum 3-hour blocks of time. This time includes meeting with and searching for opportunities for students.
