OPENEYE CM-730 IP CAMERA
1. SUMMARY
1.01 Camera
- The CM-730IP camera shall be a rugged IP camera designed for indoor and outdoor installations. The CM-730 shall have a 3.3mm to 12mm vari-focal lens and a resolution of 1280 x 920 equal to 1.2 megapixels. The camera shall be housed in an IP66 rated ceiling mount housing, as well as offer an IP66 rated pendant mount housing, and shall have an integrated heater and fan.
1.02 Transmission
- The CM-730 IP camera shall be capable of dual streaming, using MJPEG, MPEG4 and H.264 compression methods.
2. SPECIFICATIONS
2.01 SPECIFICATIONS
- The CM-730 IP camerashall have a 1/3” Sony Progressive CCD image sensor.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a Sony Digital Signal Processor (DSP).
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an ingress protection (IP) rating equivalent to IP66 against the ingress of dust and moisture.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have wide dynamic range (WDR) function for situations with a wide variety of lighting conditions.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall operate with a minimum illumination of 0.03 lux @ F1.2 in day mode and 0.001 lux @ F1.2 in night mode.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a mechanical IR cut filter that is removed during low light conditions. This shall be referred to as a “True Day/Night” function.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an analog video output. The video output shall use a BNC connector and output a 1.0V (peak to peak) video signal that meets CVBS standards.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a signal to noise ratio of 50 decibels (dB) or greater.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a vari-focal lens with a length of 3.3mm to 12mm.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an auto/manual iris control that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a white balance function that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an auto white balance range from 1,500 Kelvin to 15,000 Kelvin.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a backlight compensation feature that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an auto gain control feature that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have saturation, contrast and sharpness adjustable through the user interface.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a slot for a microSD card capable of accepting a card of up to 8GB.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have one sensor input and one relay output.
2.02 NETWORK
- The CM-730 IP camera shall be capable of encoding video for network transmission across a LAN or WAN.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall be capable of encoding video using H.264, MPEG4 and MJPEG compression methods.
- The CM-730 IP Camera shall be ONVIF® Compliant.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall be capable of dual streaming, or delivering two separately configured video streams at the same time.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have a maximum resolution of 1280 x 960 or 1.2 megapixels.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an audio input, and be capable of transmitting audio data with the video stream.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an audio output, and shall be capable of receiving audio through the web interface and playing it through the audio output.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have user authentication for secure video transmission, and shall be capable of up to 20 user accounts.
2.03 MECHANICAL
- The CM-730 IP camera shall include a heater and fan by default for outdoor installations. When using the heater the camera requires 24vAC power input.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall weigh 2.2 pounds.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall be 5.9 inches across and 5.1 inches high.
2.04 ELECTRICAL
- The CM-730 IP camera shall operate using one of the following power sources: 12vDC, 24vAC or Power over Ethernet (PoE). When using the heater 24vAC power input is required.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall use 18.7 watts max when using the heater and fan.
- The CM-730 IP camera’s rated amperage shall be 0.78A when using 24vAC.
2.05 ENVIRONMENTAL
- The CM-730 IP camerashall have an operational temperature of -31°F ~ 122°F (-35°C ~ 50°C) when using 24vAC power.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an operational temperature of -4°F ~ 122°F (-20°C ~ 50°C) when using 12vDC power.
- The CM-730 IP camera shall have an operational temperature of 14°F ~ 122°F (-10°C ~ 50°C) when using PoE as a power source.
3. SUPPORT
3.01 SUPPORT
- The CM-730 IP camera shall come with an extensive support structure, including a 1-888 number for technical service, pre and post sales assistance, direct points of contact, and access to online sales and technical support.
- Technical Support shall be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to all integrators and dealers free of charge.
3.02 WARRANTY
- The CM-730 IP camera shall come with a 2 year warranty with the first year including advance replacement service.
