4. Scientific Case

Proposals are limited to three pages (Times New Roman, 12 pt, single line spacing, 1’’ margin). Additional pages will not be read. The proposal must contain the following elements: title, abstract, narrative description of the science, justification of the amount of experimental time requested, references (NSF style). Also, state how results will be disseminated and how the project leads to the development of collaborative proposals. Submission Deadline: May 1, 2014.
