6:00 p.m. - District Board Room
When necessary, the Board may go into Executive Session intermittently throughout the meeting
for discussion and consultation for legal advice regarding any of the agenda items
(A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3)). The Board may also go into Executive Session to discuss
personnel matters (A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1)), records exempt by law from public inspection
(A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2)), or for legal advice and consultation regarding pending or contemplated
litigation (A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(4)). The Board reserves the right to change the order of
items on the Agenda and to call matters in random order.

The Board President will ask the Superintendent if there are any changes to
the agenda.
4. PUBLIC INPUT - The total length of time scheduled for public discussion shall not exceed 30 minutes. Individual speakers shall not exceed 5 minutes (Policy BEDH). If members of the public choose to address the Board at this time, they will be asked to come to the podium, state their name and speak clearly so that their comments can be properly recorded. This is an appropriate time to address Action Items prior to Board discussion or items not on the agenda.

7. ACTION ITEMS
A. Approve Extra Duty Pay for Teachers
On occasion, teachers may sign up for extra duty to assist with
testing, tutoring, etc. A schedule of extra duty pay needs to be
approved by the Board.
B. Approve Donation of Computers by SRP
SRP has made a donation of 50 computers to Round Valley Unified
School District. Board approval is requested to accept this donation.
C. Approve Early Graduation Requests
Requests for early graduation have been submitted by some Round
Valley High School seniors. Board approval is required.
D. Approve White Mountain Ambulance Service Event Addendum
White Mountain Ambulance Service provides emergency care
standby service for school sporting events. This addendum will
be added to the Sports Events Fee schedule that was approved
in July 2017. Board approval is requested.
E. Approve ASBA New Policy/Policy Revisions – 1st Reading
