Description:All waxes and floor finishes (including acrylic and polymer) leave excessive and very heavy coatings of old wax in every area where foot traffic is minimal: under desks, tables, counters, along walls, all floor areas that are not exposed to normal foot traffic. This wax and finish build up becomes unsightly, turns yellow or brown with age and is difficult to maintain properly for the well kept, glossy appearance that is most desirable for floors in offices, institutions, hotels, hospitals and public places. This excellent product leaves your floor clean and ready for that new wax to be applied. Dirt and wax build up are quickly emulsified by chemical action for easy, speedy removal. Demonstrations:Obtain a 12" by 12" piece of black floor tile, a scrubbing sponge, a roll of paper towels, a pint sample of floor finish.
- Using a paper towel or tissue, spread an even coat of the floor finish onto the floor tile and let dry. (Apply several coats if desired for best deep gloss.)
- Show the finished tile to your customer and let him see the deep gloss from the floor finish.
- Set the tile down and pick up the can of Baseboard Cleaner. Show the customer that the valve is inverted for easier spraying onto floors and baseboards.
- Spray small amount on to the tile, explaining to the customer that our product is a heavy duty foam, and will cling to vertical surfaces, like baseboards, for a long time to remove years of buildup.
- With the paper towel, gently wipe the stripper off (If you have applied several coats, the scrubbing sponge may be needed.) In any case your customer will see the difference between where the floor finish is and where you have easily removed it.
