I am a punctual, hard-working, reliable and trustworthy electrician. Having been part of the British Army (Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers) I have been trained and have experience in delivering high quality work in demanding situations and environments. My time in the forces has instilled a high level of discipline in my approach to work.
I work well as part of a team, but as a self-starter can also produce great work alone. I strive to reflect well on the company I work for by ensuring that I am well presented, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Work Experience
2010 (Sept) - Present -Intech Fire and Security
I am currently working as a qualified electrician in an intruder and fire installation company. I carry my own certification with ELECSA and carry out a wide range of jobs which range from minor house hold repairs and rewires, fault finding, commercial and industrial installations, CCTV installs, fire system installs and service and maintenance of electrical and fire systems.
2010 (Sept) - Present – Volunteer in the Territorial Army
I currently serve as a mechanic with a medical regiment in Kent providing vehicle support for their military fleet. My jobs range from carrying out periodic maintenance to complete rebuilds of vehicles. All jobs are completed to the highest standard and comply with the rigorous health and safety checks put in place by the army.
2009 (Sept) - 2010 (Sept) - GMC Commercial
I worked as a HGV mechanic, carrying out a variety of jobs for basic servicing and MOT preps, to engine removals and road side repairs. All work under taken was carried out in a professional manner and with the highest regard to health safety.
2008 - 2009 (Sept) - Inflite
During this time I was working as an aircraft mechanic, predominantly 146 aircraft. This role included a variety of tasks from replacing the interior trim to repairing engines. Any work carried on the aircraft must be completed to the highest standards to comply with current health and safety regulations
2004 - 2008 (Oct) - British Army
I served in the armed forces as a vehicle mechanic and completed a tour of Afghanistan. During my time with the British Army I worked on a wide range of vehicles from motorbikes to land rovers and trucks up to 15 tonnes.
All of the work completed was done to the highest standards and the working environment met health and safety regulations. As one of the senior people amongst my rank, I was in charge of more junior members and this involved mentoring them to get the job done quickly and to a high standard.
2003 - 2004 –Self Employed
Sub contracted to CAD Construction. I was responsible for installing electrics into house rebuilds as well as kitchen fitting and various other tasks.
2002 - 2003 - G.P. Masons
I trained with Darren Mason as an electrician’s apprentice. During this time I learnt how to perform electrical installations in domestic and industrial environments. A large part of my role was customer facing, which provided me with an opportunity to represent G.P. Masons. I was also entrusted with the management of inventory in the stock room.
