v Educational Supplement (Levels I, II, III & IV) to the Ansell-Casey Life Skills Assessment were developed. These supplements went online in early July. 2005. The Life Skills Guidebook has been updated to include associated educational resources for level III (high school). Available on www.caseylifeskills.org
v Frequently Asked Questions III About the Chafee Foster Care Independence and ETV Programs was completed and disseminated nationally in May with the National Foster Care Coalition. This provides state child welfare, IL and ETV staff with information on Chafee IL and ETV program implementation, improvement and compliance. Available on www.casey.org or by request. v Endless Dreams: Education Attainment Video and Training. This curriculum was developed to educate educators about the unique educational needs of youth in foster care. Although access to the curriculum requires participation in a certified trainer of trainers program, copies of the Endless Dreams video are free and available in DVD or VHS format. v In partnership with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, the Judicial Checklist: Critical Questions and Strategies for Meeting the Education Needs of Children and Youth in Juvenile and Family Court was developed to provide judges with the important educational questions that need to be addressed.
