Director of User Experience– Product Strategy / Product Management Group

Responsible for the overhaul of the old, and creation of the new user experience for all products within the FSGBU Product Suite, with a focus on definition of long term product and market direction. Defined and implemented the operational practices required for the newly formed UX team to interact with external clients, offshore development teams and internal stakeholders (PM, Sales, Business Analysis, and Corporate design). Strategic User Experience Design Lead

User experience lead for the overhaul and integration of all IBM Product and Services Support sites. Created and managed overall UX design plan and design roadmap. Performed requirements analysis and generation, user surveys, conceptual and prototype design development, International user testing in Asian and Europe, and product release roll-out strategy.
