- Write the core words (#1-5) two times each.

- Writethree expanded sentences (5 or more words) using any word (core, review or in your additional words) in each sentence. Underline the spelling words. In each sentence include at least one adjective. Circle the adjective(s).
*Adjectives are words that describe nouns.

Group Saturn: Please take your additional words and sort them into the following groups based off of which syllable the long /o/ sound is heard and the spelling pattern that creates the long /o/ sound. Use all of your additional words in the chart (please write it in your notebook).
Hint: V = vowel and C = consonant
