TDS TELECOM ILEC OPERATIONS - Announces New Class 5 End Office at Somerset Telephone Company located in Maine.

· In the 2nd quarter of 2013, TDS TELECOM will establish a new trunking gateway in the North Anson, ME rate center (NANSMEXAGT0). Beginning in October 2013, lines currently served via NANSMEXADS1 will be gradually transitioned to the new office.

· TDS Telecom will also establish new CLLIs for the following rate centers in ME: Athens (ATHNMEXA0MD), Embden Lake (EMLKMEXA0MD, Kingfield (KGFDMEXA0MD), Mercer (MRCRMEXA0MD), New Vineyard (NWVNMEXA0MD), Norridgewock (NRDGMEXA0MD), North New Portland (NNPRMEXA0MD), Phillips (PHLPMEXA0MD), Rome (ROMEMEXA0MD), Smithfield (SMFDMEXA0MD), Solon (SOLNMEXA0MD), Stratton (SRTNMEXA0MD), Strong (STRNMEXA0MD), Weld (WELDMEXA0MD), Bigelow (BGLWMEXA0MD), Carrabassett Valley (CRBSMEXA0MD), Coburn Gove (CBGRMEXA0MD), Moosehorn (BGLWMEXA1MD), Salem (SALMMEXA0MD) and West Gardiner (WGRDMEXA0MD), which will also be served via the NANSMEXAGT0 gateway. Beginning in October 2013, lines currently served via ATHNMEXARS2, EMLKMEXARS2, KGFDMEXARS1, MRCRMEXARS2, NWVNMEXARS2, NRDGMEXARS0, NNPRMEXARS2, PHLPMEXARS2, ROMEMEXARS2, SMFDMEXARS2, SOLNMEXARS2, SRTNMEXARS1, STRNMEXARS0, and WELDMEXARS2 will be gradually transitioned to the gateway office.

· The SS7 Point Code for the new offices is 223-009-022. ATHNMEXA0MD, EMLKMEXA0MD, KGFDMEXA0MD, MRCRMEXA0MD, NWVNMEXA0MD, NRDGMEXA0MD, NNPRMEXA0MD, PHLPMEXA0MD,ROMEMEXA0MD, SMFDMEXA0MD, SOLNMEXA0MD, SRTNMEXA0MD, STRNMEXA0MD, WELDMEXA0MD, BGLWMEXA0MD, CRBSMEXA0MD, CBGRMEXA0MD, BGLWMEXA1MD, SALMMEXA0MD AND WGRDMEXA0MD will subtend the TDS Telecom NANSMEXAGT0 gateway office and will subtend the Fairpoint PTLDMEFO03T tandem for FGB/D.

· Carriers may retain existing direct trunks to these offices until further notice. New end office trunks may be ordered to the NANSMEXAGT0 gateway.
