Salary: £13,500 rising in stages to £22,000

Connections Engineer Apprentice
You’ll support the Service Delivery Manager to help deliver an efficient and coordinated new water and wastewater connection service to all Anglian Water Business customers in Scotland. The successful candidate will assist in administrative duties including collating and completing new connection applications, updating Salesforce (customer relationship management system), assisting the Connections Engineer at site visits and meetings and all aspects of administrative duties.
You will be completing an SVQ level 3 in Engineering Support.
Commercial Apprentice
You’ll support the Business Account Managers in the delivery of an efficient and first class service to all Anglian Water Business customers in Scotland. You will assist in administrative duties including updating Salesforce (customer relationship Management system), assisting the Business Account Managers prepare for site visits and meetings, asssit with the identificaiton and delivery of customer cost reductions and all aspects of administrative duties.
You will be completing an SVQ level 3 in Business and Administration.
Requirements:
You’ll need to be enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious with a real desire to start your career on our apprenticeship scheme.
You’ll need (or be expecting to achieve) a minimum of 5 standard grades 1–3 OR 5 National level 5 including Maths and English (or equivalent).
Ideally you will have also achieved 2 Highers or equivalent. Keen to learn new things, you’ll be a good communicator with a desire to make a real contribution within your team.
