2)Changing Expectations of Club Meetings – Have members add their speeches info and roles into Turbobase by Thursday before each club meeting. The Toastmaster role has been scheduled from now to June 2017. The Toastmaster manages the agenda for each upcoming club meeting, and Co-VPEs help when needed. [insert person A]and [insert name person B]y are alternating their roles as Co-VPE on a monthly basis in supporting the Toastmasters for each month. Person A will get club officer VPE credit from July 1 to Dec 31; Person B will get credit from January 1 to June 30. Person Amanaged the entire month of October, and Person Bwill manage for November.

  1. Meeting Role Sign-up List. A clipboard of upcoming club meetings for an entire month was passed around during each club meeting held on September 12 and September 19. Meetings list was generated from Turbobase. Members filled in their roles for upcoming meetings during the entire month of October and November 2015, and these were entered into Turbobase.

3)Officers Training to be scheduled for Saturday, December 5. As an outcome, CC speeches will be delayed by 1 month.
