RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research focuses on behavioral, cultural, environmental and learning related aspects of strategic decision making including how these factors influence firm performance. As such, I examine issues related to executive compensation, the capital allocation process in multidivisional firms, CEO hubris, supply chain performance under varied market conditions as well as various issues related to risk taking and other managerial actions in organizations.
