Matters requiring action will be referred for report at a subsequent meeting. Please limit discussion to one presentation per person. Please state your name and address.
VI. COMMISSIONER REPORTS
1. Reports:
(a) Report from Commissioner Rae Turnbull on response to date from renewal requests for the Patrons of the Arts dues sent out earlier by Commissioner Jill Elliott.
(b)Report from Commissioner Paddy Turnbull on folding chairs purchase
and delivery.
(c) Report from Commissioner Mary Rose Kennedy on designated months
Gallery reception refreshments will be provided by Lambda Iota and Tau Alpha sororities as part of their community service.
(d) Report from Commissioner Rae Turnbull on signups to date for the
“Christmas Cakes and Cider and the Gift of Poetry” fundraiser
scheduled for December 10th.
(e) Updates on income derived from Gallery sales etc. (copies included
in commissioners’ folders.) and January “Wildlife Wonders IV” exhibit again partnering with Chico Snow Goose Festival.
