Network for Aging Support Meeting Minutes

· Introductions – Everyone welcomed by Queenie Kemmerer and each attendee introduced themselves and their business or company
· Website update by Jennifer Evosevich and group was reminded to submit their events asap and also the membership sign up for the website is now on going.
· Alzheimer’s education coming up soon, information to follow from Bob Bell
· Westminister Canterbury updated their Parkinsons support group was a success with 20-25 people in attendance. Alzheimer’s support group will be held at the facility on Thursday at 1pm (Sept. 18th).
· Website spotlight: We would like to start submitting referral stories and / or testimonials on the site for what we do with and at NAS. Also want members to submit news type stories to be added.
· Spotlight speakers for this month were Jeff Rossignol, HYBU and Sarah Sica from The River 95.3 radio station. They worked hand in hand to let group know what their services can do for our web based advertising from our website and with in the public.
· Started sign in sheet for everyone to pass around so that the attendees could be listed on the minutes each month and also the minutes to be added to the website each month.
· Next meeting to be held Monday, October 20, 2014 at 12pm here at Westminister Canterbury.
