Schedule:Friday Oct. 15: Warm-up: 5:00 pm Meet begins: 6:00 pm
Saturday Oct. 16: Warm-up: 8:00 pm Meet begins: 9:00 am
Facility:Eight lanes, 50 meters with Daktronics Timing System
The PeteRagusAquaticCenter is an indoor short course / long course facility.
The water depth of the pool is 7 feet at one end and 4 feet 5 inches at the other end, measured in compliance with USA Swimming rule 103.2.3.
Posters, signs, and banners are not allowed on facility walls.
Eligibility:Open to all registered USA swimmers. Swimmers must have at least one B timeto enter the meet.
Rules: 2011 USA Swimming rules for competitive swimming will govern the meet.
Format:All events will be pre-seeded timed finals. Swimmers may swim 5 events total, with no more than 3 entries per day. Swimmers will be allowed to swim back-to-back events, but the meet will not be stopped or slowed down to allow for rest.
Deck entries will be accepted for empty lanes only. New heats will not be created for deck entries. Coaches, please notify the Clerk of Course with any scratches.
Entry Fees:Entry fee is $3.50 per event with a $2.50 per swimmers surcharge. Late entries and deck entries are $6/event with a $2.50 swimmer surcharge.
Awards:No awards will be presented.
Deadlines:All entries must be turned in by Thursday October 6, 2011. All entries should be submitted using Hy-Tek Team Manager. Teams entering more than 10 athletes must submit their entries via Hy-Tek Team Manager or pay a fine. Please include your complete USS ID # on all entries. Please send only one check per team!

Concessions: A concession stand will be available. Hospitality will be available for
officials and coaches.
Liability:U.S. Swimming, Inc., West Texas Swimming, Inc., Lubbock Independent School District and or its employees, Lubbock Swim Club and or its coaches and it’s officials shall be free from any and all liabilities or claims for damages or harm arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the meet or while traveling to or from the meet. Meet Venue includes the PeteRagusAquaticCenter and all LISD property.
