  1. MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING

Herm Logue made a motion to approve the August 17, 2017 meeting minutes as presented. Jim Dunn seconded the motion. Motion carried.

C.Single-Lot Ratification

Austin Daily presented a review of the single-lot report.

Jim Dunn made a motion to approve the single-lot report. Jim Crawford seconded the motion. Motion carried.

  1. Approve 2016 Annual Report

The 2016 Annual Report was reviewed at the previous meeting and no comments, suggestions or corrections were received.

Bound copies of the approved report will be sent to the LCPC members and the Commissioners.

Jim Dunn made a motion to approve the 2016 Annual Report which was seconded by Herm Logue. Motion carried.

  1. DISCUSSION ITEMS

Kim Wheeler presented an update on the Comprehensive Plan. There was a good discussion during the briefing session on fragmentation of local government, volunteerism/civic engagement, and water quality. Excellent feedback was given by members.

Members should e-mail any comments, suggestions, etc. to Kurt Hausammann or Kim Wheeler.

Additional inclusions will be added to the water quality write-up which is still a “work in progress” since this is a very diverse issue.

Next month will be discussing economy and infrastructure which are complex categories.
