Hexagonal Boron Nitride Products from Henze BNP – a Highlight for High Temperature Applications

"Focused on Boron Nitride“ – Henze BNP have acquired a unique world-wide specialism in hexagonal boron nitride, which has resulted in a know-how that is second-to-none in the manufacture, application and development of boron nitride products. This long-standing experience continues to provide solutions that are optimised both technically as well as in terms of value-for-money. The excellent material properties of boron nitride lend themselves to an exceptionally wide range of applications. This provides the opportunity to optimise a great number of production processes. For example:
- HeBoSint® - technical ceramics in sintered Boron Nitride
- HeBoCoat® - liquid boron nitride coatings
- HeBoFill® - boron nitride powders
plus the recently developed
- HeBoLub® - boron nitride lubricant additive.
Boron nitride products from Henze BNP
HeBoSint® products, manufactured from sintered boron nitride, are true multi-talents and find application in application areas as wide as PVD and plasma equipment, high temperature furnaces, sinter technology and powder metallurgy, the solar industry, welding and soldering, as well as in research and development. Henze BNP manufacture these precision components using the most modern CNC machining centres to produce geometries such as tubes and rods, crucibles, nozzles plus a wide variety of other customer specific components.
HeBoCoat® stands for liquid boron nitride coatings. Boron nitride suspensions and sprays are used in high temperature applications to enhance lubrication, release action, sliding motion and surface protection.
HeBoFill® is the trade name for Henze boron nitride powders available in a range of purities, grain sizes and crystallinities. They are ideally suited for applications in material forming, the extrusion of aluminium and as a filler in polymers.
HeBoLub® is the recently developed lubricant additive incorporating fine boron nitride particles in a high grade lubricant base oil. It reduces friction and wear. Power plant, gear boxes and plant and equipment run more quietly, resulting in an extended service life.
