Subject: A final word of caution to the scientists on the committee to review Drakes Estero

Importance: High

To the panel scientists:

Many investigations and reports started out saying one thing in draft form. In the

final form, much information was withheld or rewritten by others. The entirety of

the MMC panel scientists work was relegated to an Appendix F and withheld

from your panel as evidenced by your facial expressions the day we spoke with

you.

No where in any documentation could I find a definition of “Fundamentally

Sound” or “Materially Sufficient”. Should this not be quantified objectively, it will

end up a subjective fluid term to discount whatever the final authors of your

report wish it to say.

Please, don’t let anyone Appendix F your findings.
