TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from well-reputed Contractors/Builders dealing in renovation/civil work of the buildings for the following works as per BOQ in PASTIC building at Quaid-i-Azam University Campus, Islamabad.
i) Construction of Boundary Wall in the back side of PASTIC Building as per BOQ.
Tender Documents/BOQ may be down loaded from PPRA’s/MosT/PSF/PASTIC web sites or may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
2. Sealed bids alongwith earnest money equivalent to 2 % of total cost in the shape of Bank draft/Pay order in favour of Director General, Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre, Islamabad should reach the undersigned latest by 27/01/2015 till 11:00 a.m which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m in the PASTIC Committee Room, Islamabad in the presence of the bidders, if they wish to attend.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Firms should quote their rates as per (BOQ) by visiting the site.
· The bids will be evaluated in term of the prescribed specifications/BOQ of the complete work.
· The Firms should mentioned NT number.
· The Job must be completed at PASTIC, Quaid-e-Azam University Campus, Islamabad within 30 days after issuance of work order.
· No transportation and carriage/mobilization charges will be allowed.
· Income tax will be deducted at source as per Government rules.
· The work if done below specifications/standard will not be accepted and the Firm concerned will have to do it again at his own risk and cost.
3. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

6 / 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 for DPC using 3mm aggregate and finished smooth with steel float, and blinded with 0.012 cum of sand per Sqm. / 250 Sft.
7 / Providing and lying RCC Type B using shingle or gravel in foundation independent column footings solid floors etc. including from work as specified. Reinforcement measured and paid separately. / 8 Cft.

Supply and fixed bars round using deformed bars Grade 40 including cutting bending binding and placing reinforcement in position. / 350 Kg.
