v  You agree to supply a more detailed submission in response to questions from judges and to host a visit by the judges in Feb 2018, including meetings with yourselves and with small focus groups of agents and team leaders/team managers as well as any other departments closely involved in this particular innovation.

v  You (or a nominee) commit to talk about your innovation at Customer Strategy & Planning Conference on 23rd – 24th April in Harrogate and agree to the use of audio and visual recordings from this by The Forum. You agree to host an online discussion and site visit as part of our Best Practice Programme in 2018. You have confirmed budget for travel or additional places, if you require these in order to be able to participate in the next stages of the awards process.

v  You have gained permission for material from your initial (and subsequent) submissions to be used for publicity and for publication as a case study in print & online – and have gained internal approval for the processes for this described in the pack. We will check with you for confidentiality and accuracy before using the material – but cannot undertake detailed discussions on style and wording.
