Programme requirements summary- this is what you agree to undertake as a participant in the programme
Participants are required to:
- Participate in the Hampshire Own Grown Graduates programme for the duration (see website)
- Participate fully in all aspects of the programme, both taught and project work, in addition to delivering in their role
- Develop and apply skills and techniques relating to the Modules and other programme content
- Demonstrate skills and tools learnt during the programme and implement back in the workplace
- Participate in coaching and feedback activities
- Take responsibility for their own learning and progression through the programme:
- Complete pre-module work
- Actively seek and accept developmental feedback throughout the programme
- Be aware of own learning preferences and take steps to broaden these
- Notify the programme manager in writing if unable to attend any element and take action to catch up on work missed
- Meet programme deadlines including completion of CMI assignments, RADICAL report and presentation
- Be proactive in seeking to apply knowledge and skills in the workplace, enlisting management support as appropriate

Experience and achievements
Participants should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Working within the organisation at H/I/+ grade
- At least one year’s experience at Hampshire County Council
- Consistently achieving IPP targets to a high standard, and with appropriate behaviours
