Continuous monitoring operating parameters, shift production and accordingly instructs the panel and field operators for safe, smooth and efficient operation

Pre commissioning, commissioning activities of new Gathering center and existing GC’s shutdown, startup, tie in jobs. Spading, de-spading list preparation and continuously monitoring the operation of Well head, oil flow lines, LP/HP Separators (3 and 2 phase operation), slug catcher, pig launcher, pig receiver, Test Separator, Net oil Computer. CMS ofCrude booster pump and export pump, effluent water disposal pump (to oil wells). Wet/Duel/Dry crude storage Tanks, Effluent water surge tanks and LP gas exporting to Booster station.

Preparing mark up drawing and witnessing of hydro test, leak test, flushing and inserting of flow lines, vessels etc.,

Alsolooking after the commissioning of Desalter feed pumps, Wash water, Recycle brine, Water bath heater packages (BMS), Condensate Recovery Units, De-Oiling package(Hydro cyclone), Man Turbo Multi stage compressor, TV Compressors, IA, PA Compressors

Process Description

Sulphur Recovery Unit having 4 Trains using clean acid gas and foul acid gas by Claus Process producing liquid Sulphur and pumping into Sulphur handling unit

Hydrogen sulphide recovery unit having 2 Trains using acid gas from ARD, HP, HCR, HR and NGOD unit by amine treatment and generated acid gas send to Sulphur recovery unit for further process. Fuel gas from main header send to Absorber for H2S removal by amine circulation and treated gas back to service

TGT unit having 2 Trains feed from SRU tail gas by treating SCOT line burner and pass throughSCOT reactor further cooling send to Quencher, recovered H2S gas send to HSR, quenched water send to SWT unit and untreated gas send to atmosphere through stack by controlled temp and pollution free

SWT unit having 2 Trains feed from the entire refinery wash water feed to surge drum and further treating the sour water feed into the Stripper and treated generating sour gas send to SRU and treated water send to storage tank for recycling

Continuous monitoring controlling and achieving targeted production through DCS TDC 2000 Basic

Shift and day production report preparing and efficiency calculation and collecting information about trouble shooting parameters etc.,

Complete coordination with Mech, Elect, Inst, Safety, and Tech service Dept for day today operation and preventive maintenance of the units
