The protocol of engagement must be signed by the NHRI Chairperson or candidate's manager and by the candidate.

Is staff member of the NHRI;
Has good working knowledge of English; and
Is committed to fully participating in all activities of the training
The NHRI:
Commits to supporting the candidate in his or her preparation to the course, as well as to acquit the candidate from responsibilities within the NHRI for the duration of the course, if his or her candidature is successful-

1) To complete the preparatory work for the training course;
2) To assist and participation in all sessions and activities of the course;
3) To develop a plan that outlines how to make most effective use of the knowledge obtained during the course for the benefit of the NHRI;
4) To participate in training evaluation activities both during and after the training;
5) To promote networking with other participants of the training as well as with the GANHRI and the FES; and
6) To interact and maintain effective working relations with participants of different national and cultural backgrounds.
I understand that in the case of partial or full non respect of the above I may excluded from the training course.
