ENTRY DEADLINE – 5:00 PM EDT Monday September 15th, 2014

Eligibility: Open to any female amateur who is 18 years of age or older as of September 19th, 2014

Field: The first 136 entries received in the Whispering Pines Golf Shop are entered into the championship field.

Entry Fee: $165.00 - Includes tournament course fees, breakfast, lunch, range balls, practice round and a

tee gift.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by 5:00 PM EDT on Monday September 15th. Entry fee must be included with

the registration. Faxed entries with valid credit card number will be accepted. Whispering Pines Golf Course fax number is (843) 918-2306. Telephone entries will not be accepted.

Format: 54-HOLE STROKE PLAY GROSS. Each division will be flighted by the total gross scores of Friday’s and Saturday’s rounds. The three round totals will be added together to determine the division champions.

This years Mayor’s Cup Championship will consist of four divisions. An open division, a senior division ages 50-64 and a super senior division for ages 65-74. Legends 36 hole division for seniors 75 and above. Legends rounds will be on Saturday and Sunday. Entry fee for the Legends division is $100.00.

Starting Times: Friday starting times will be available Wednesday, September 17th, 2014 at 5:00 PM

Saturday’s starting times will be available after the completion of Friday’s round.

Sunday’s tee-times will be posted by 6:00 PM Saturday evening.

Breakfast begins at 7:15, lunch is available after your round has finished.

Saturday afternoon cookout on the range @4:00PM
