Background: Northwest Hardwoods is the premier Hardwood Lumber producer in the industry serving the furniture, cabinet, molding and millwork segments worldwide. We operate manufacturing operations throughout the United States. We are in search for a detail oriented, flexible Data Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Functions: This position will handle incoming data requests through Microsoft SharePoint Forms from our 15 NWH Mill Locations. This includes reviewing and entering approximately 100 requests per week for Customers, Vendors, Products and misc requests into our 3 systems; Lumber Track, Great Plains & LIMS. In addition they will perform the following tasks:

·  Set up and maintain Customers in Lumber Track and LIMS for maintenance changes on addresses, phone/fax, seller and credit term updates. Adding additional ship-to locations as needed.

·  Set up and maintain Vendors in all systems for maintenance changes on address, fax/email and updates or additions to ACH Direct Deposit information.

·  Set up Products in Lumber Track through Info Path Product Request Forms.

·  Set-up Branches and Locations in Lumber Track through the Approved Finance SharePoint Request Form.

·  Maintain Code Values in Lumber Track through the request of the Product Manager.

·  Maintain weekly and monthly Imputed/Transfer Prices from Product Managers

·  Review documents for Vendor verification and save to the SharePoint for Audit

·  SharePoint and Info Path Forms Development

·  Provide support to the IT Team as needed.

Requirements:

·  Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a part-time or full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

·  High School Diploma or GED.

·  Ability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm
