Rain or shine!

When:April 24, 2010, registration begins at 9 AM, walk begins at 10 AM

Where:All Soul’s Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 19 Jay St, New London

Payment: Payment can be mailed with this form as check, or given the day of the walk if registering then. Checks should be made payable to: The Homeless Hospitality Center.

There are several ways you can support the walk:

Join the Walk!Walk with us either as an individual or as part of a group from your faith community. Register in advance by sending in the form on the back by April 18th or just come to the walk on April 24th.

Sponsorship:Consider sponsoring one or more walkers from your faith community, a youth group or a guest/guests from the HomelessHospitalityCenter. Alternatively, consider becoming an organizational sponsor and publicize your local organization.

Group Walkers - Team of 5 or more / $10 per person / $13 per person
Group Walkers – Team of 10 or more / $9 per person / $12 per person

Corporate Sponsor: Large logo on back of T-Shirt, Recognition in all written material, Logo at all walk stops / $1000 +
Business Sponsor: Small logo on back of T-Shirt, logo at one walk stop / $999 – $500
Site Sponsor: Name listed at start of walk / $499 - $100
